Summer meeting of graduate school “Gut-Liver Axis”

After a pandemic caused period of online meetings, we could finally meet in person. Since a lot of new PhD students started this year in the graduate school, all of us enjoyed to get to know each other better. We met outside in the green at the Hollandwiese, only few minutes away from RWTH University Hospital Aachen. After welcoming everybody, each PhD student gave a 2 min rapid fire presentation of their project. This challenging task was mastered by everyone and it helped a lot to gain an insight of everybody’s working area. After discussing graduate school matters, the evening ended with a relaxing BBQ.
