CRC 1382 @ Speed Dating

On May 22nd, the Aachen University Hospital hosted a special outreach event organised by the Medical Student Council, aiming to bridge the gap between students and research groups. Titled “Speed Dating with your Doctoral Thesis” this first-of-its-kind gathering attracted a diverse audience of medical, biology, and biotechnology students eager to explore bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral thesis opportunities. The CRC 1382 seized the opportunity to inform young scientists about the research fields and potential positions within the Gut-Liver Axis consortium. The event was met with great enthusiasm and high participation, underscoring the strong interest in research collaboration. Should this event be held again, the CRC 1382 will certainly be present again.
