‘Gut, Liver and Friends’ Seminar with Matías Ávila

On Wednesday, 27.11.2024 at 12:30, Matías Ávila will be the speaker of our ‘Gut, Liver and Friends‘ seminar.
Dr. Matías Ávila is Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Navarra, Spain, and co-director of the solid tumor program at the research institute of the university clinic. His research interests are the molecular and cellular mechanisms of liver regeneration, fibrogenesis and neoplastic transformation.
His talk will be entitled: “Bile acids and FGF19: from liver regeneration to experimental therapeutics in MASLD”.
